ShopWatch

ShopWatch is a mission-specific service scheduling system designed for John Deere dealers running the JDIS Legacy system.  ShopWatch interacts real-time with your legacy business system to allow service managers to schedule work orders which are opened, via a convenient yet powerful drag & drop system.

Additionally ShopWatch allows the creation and scheduling of Delivery Tickets for truck drivers and trucking companies, allowing the shop manager to create tickets for Rental pickup / drop-off, sales deliveries, trade-in pickup, loaned equipment transportation, and more.  ShopWatch integrates with the DealWorks sales system to automatically generate tickets as machines are put on rent, loan, sold, or traded in.
